We are located in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts’ southernmost town of Sheffield.The role of the Inventory Compliance and Quality Control Manager is to be the primary owner of inventory processes and procedures. Duties include monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels; tracks orders and investigates problems. Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports. This role is responsible for all inventory movements for the Retail Inventory Department.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:The primary role of the Inventory Compliance and Quality Control Manager is ownership of Retail Inventory.Daily Tasks:● 20% EOD and EOM audits● 20% Reconciling variances in product inventory● 20% Tracking and ownership of inventory movement accuracy● 20% Regular comparison of sales data in POS and ERP systems● 20% Other duties assigned by management including repetitive lifting of products up to 50lbsThe above job description in no way states or implies these duties are the only duties performed by this employee.
