Quality Control Manager manages the inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established quality standards. Proposes corrective actions to improve compliance with quality specifications. Being a Quality Control Manager recommends new or improved quality control methods, procedures, and/or standards. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Quality Control Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Quality Control Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Quality Control Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Job Summary

    Responsible for verifying that all documentation required for the Bank’s Customer Identification Program is properly obtained for deposit and loan products.  Also responsible for verification of new deposit account information and all deposit related maintenance to ensure accuracy. 

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    · Verify information for Loans/New Consumer Credit Card/Deposits/CIP/SD Box is entered in NAV correctly.
    · Verify required documentation is electronically stored in appropriate area.
    · Verify signature cards are completed correctly.
    · Verify Wire Transfer Authorizations.
    · Verify penalty and accrued interest on cashed CDs.
    · Verify RDC Limit and ACH Management.
    · Review Commercial Credit Card Changes for address maintenance, limit changes, new cards.
    · Review accounts opened by crossover employees.
    · Notify appropriate Managers and Employees of any missing or incorrect information or documentation.
    · Enter exceptions on CIP and Signature Card Exception spreadsheets for ROM to clear.
    · Research and clear MVP exceptions.
    · Review 25% of Legal Orders for appropriate completion
    · Review Customer Due Diligence forms and inform Compliance if any activity would require additional monitoring by BSA.

    Education and Qualifications
    Essential:
    · High school education and diploma
    · BSA and other Bank related training through BAI is required annually

    Experience
    Essential:
    · 2 years of banking experience in operations or related area
    · Knowledge of customer service principles
    · Relevant computer skills
