    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Concrete Quality Control Manager to join our team. As a Concrete Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all concrete construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your expertise in concrete inspection, data collection, and quality control will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Responsible for quality of concrete

    · Responsible for key fresh concrete testing while paving (Air loss after the paver, temperature test, slump test etc.)

    · Preform ride quality testing

    · Ensure testing records are accurate

    · Review batch plant operations

    · Prepare stockpile management plan

    · Calculate plant and project yields

    Qualifications

    · Certified as a Level I Concrete Filed Testing Technician

    · Certified as a Level II Concrete Technician

    · Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

    · Experience working on projects for MDOT, or various government agencies.

    · Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment.

    · Excellent oral and written communication.

    · Strong organizational skills and follow up.

    · Must have a valid Driver’s License and pass drug test.
