Reporting to the Project Executive/PM, the Construction Quality Control Systems Manager (CQCSM) will be on site at all times during construction and will be responsible for the overall management of quality control – which includes planning, coordinating, implementing and overseeing the quality control plan for the project. The CQCSM will monitor workmanship and have knowledge of all materials used and will work closely with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), subcontractors and architects while acting professionally and ethically at all times.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or be a licensed Architect or Professional Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience (within the last 10 years) as a Construction CQC Manager OR possess a minimum of 8 years of experience (within the last 10 years) as a CQC Manager or Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction CQC Manager
The CQCSM shall have completed or be scheduled to complete the “Construction Quality Management for Contractors” course
OSHA 30 certification is preferred
