RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee the daily operations of the Quality Control process in support of the organizational
needs and comply with clients’ requirements and KPI (Key performance index).
• Conduct quality checks on subcontracted work to ensure work is completed on time, set the appropriate goals, and measure individual worker’s performance per the task’s statement of work.
• Develop and distribute quality analysis and assessments based on inspections and research.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual quality assessments as required.
• Brief management and co-workers on specific findings observed during quality checks and offer corrective action/solutions.
• Contribute to policy and procedure development decisions while supporting needed initiatives.
• General QC activities as required.
• Inspect equipment to ensure quality operation and safe use.
• Train and oversee a team of quality inspectors or process, production line workers.
• Lead and motivate a team to continuous quality improvement with the ability to set and achieve goals.
• Liaise with management and maintenance teams to form corrective actions.
• Must be able to write and maintain forms, procedures, logs, audits, and new protocols.
• Monitor and analyze incoming and outgoing products.
• Perform other duties as required.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Extensive knowledge of quality and safety requirements for automotive (OEM) manufacturing.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills
• Strong leadership skills to lead individuals and work teams effectively.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, and Outlook.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 5 years of experience in quality supervisory or management roles in automotive(OEM) manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• English-Korean bilingual preferred
• Working with clients to thoroughly understand and document their business process requirements.
