The position involves visual and dimensional inspection of energetic parts, materials, and manufactured assemblies in meeting blueprint, regulatory, and contract requirements. Inspections consist of using standard measuring instruments as well as special measuring instruments and gages. The inspectors also complete inspection records, logs, and rejection report reviews as part of their final inspection operation.
