Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards before they are released to the market. Your attention to detail and expertise in quality assurance will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Duties: - Conduct quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products - Utilize precision measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to perform accurate measurements - Perform visual inspections to identify any defects or deviations from specifications - Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and other relevant regulations - Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions - Collect and analyze data to identify trends or patterns that may impact product quality - Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems and procedures - Participate in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) programs to ensure food safety standards are met - Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions taken Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in quality control is preferred - Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role - Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices - Familiarity with QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) methodologies and tools - Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments - Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot defects or deviations from specifications - Strong analytical skills for data collection and analysis - Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Note: All positions at our company are paid positions.
