Challenging and exciting opportunity with an ISO9001 Certified Major Semiconductor Equipment and Contract Manufacturer based in NJ as a Quality Control Inspector. We're seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As an Entry-Level Quality Control Mechanical Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our mechanical products. You will work closely with the quality control team and production staff to inspect, test, and evaluate the mechanical components and systems to ensure they meet our quality standards and specifications. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to upholding quality standards,

Prime responsibilities include:

• Identify inspection requirements and ensure work submitted to QC is executed efficiently and in a timely fashion to maintain the flow of production.
• Generate and maintain inspection documentation as outlined in the GPR Company Quality Management System and procedures outlining the requirements of First Piece Inspection, Receiving Inspection, In-Process Inspection, First Article Inspections and Final Inspections.
• Communicate inspection results and findings clearly and effectively.
• Ensure that inspection equipment and tools are properly calibrated and maintained according to established procedures and schedules.
• Adhere to workplace policies according to safety objectives and quality assurance procedures.

• Basic Requirements
• High School Diploma.
• More than two years’ experience in Quality Control Inspections in a high paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret complicated drawings, specifications and charts/tables.
• Knowledge of use of varied manual measuring instruments and quality control equipment. Use and applications of CMM.
• Practical knowledge of math, geometry and trigonometry.
• Dependable and a great attitude.
