Work Environment:

Work environments vary by industry and establishment size; some inspectors examine similar products for an entire shift, others examine a variety of items.

Must be able to stand, bend, and lift at least 30 lbs. for the entire duration of your shift.

LOCATION: Georgetown, KY

PAY RATE:

1st Shift: 6 am to 3 pm Monday-Saturday, pay $16.00 per hour

2nd shift is 5 pm until 2 am Sunday -Saturday Pay is $16.50

Paid weekly. 

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FULL SHIFT!

Quality Control Inspectors typically do the following:

Read blueprints and specifications

Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards

Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process

Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced

Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers

Operate electronic inspection equipment and software

Accept or reject finished items

Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications

Report inspection and test data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours plus

Have a positive attitude

Be able to travel to different job sites within a 10 mile radius of 40069 to help meet production deadlines at other facilities, if needed.

Education & Experience Required:

High School Diploma

Quality Control experience would be a plus preferred

1-year experience in the automotive industry

1-year experience with quality inspection experience preferred 

Familiarity with manufacturing facilities
