Quality Control Inspector jobs in Idaho

Integrated Ideas & Technologies, Inc. is an AS9100 Certified and ITAR Registered machine shop. We are looking to grow our quality control team and are looking for motivated individuals with experience specific to the industries our company supports, which is primarily the defense and aerospace industries.

Qualified applicants will supervise a group of Quality Control Technicians and be responsible for coordinating the tasks of QC personnel to ensure our customers receive parts that are compliant with approved technical data, QMS requirements, and company policies and procedures.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical dimensional inspection of parts using calipers, go no go gauges, pin gauges, height gauges, manual CMM, and optical comparator
• Receiving Inspection of raw materials
• Complete inspection reports per AS9102 among other customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Quality experience with metal components made in a CNC/sheet metal shop with tight tolerances ( /- 0.0002)
• Demonstrated experience using GD&T and a full range of measurement techniques
• Strong ability to understand component fabrication drawings & be able to check for quality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
