FASCON’s Facility Management Team has decades of experience in providing facility maintenance to the government and their contractors. FASCON is searching for a Full-time and parttime (Evening shift) Custodial Inspectors only. Responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance. They implement quality control procedures and assure DFOWS are per SOW. Provide quality control of established predictive / preventive maintenance program. Ensuring the program is executed efficiently and effectively in accordance with the Contract.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree Required or Equivalent Experience
• Quality inspection experience. (3Years)
• Experienced with implementation of corrective action programs.
• Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
• Responsibilities: Quality focused in accordance with the contract documents, specified industry standards.

• Experience in the fields in which QC will be performed
• Can speak intelligently with project teams to relay deficiencies and paths of corrective actions

Essential Functions:

• Provide quality review of Custodial Services, ensuring cleanliness of restrooms and the periodic or scheduled cleaning of common areas and dedicated offices area.
• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
• Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
• Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
• Plan, conduct and monitor to ensure finished product quality
• Document quality control activities
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
• Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
• Self directed site visits to asses levels of quality and adherence to SOW

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
