Location: Glendale Heights

2nd shift 9am to 5pm

Temp-to-hire

Payrate: $20.50/hr. PAID WEEKLY

1yr of experience in the food Industry is a PLUS!!

Job Description:

• Responsible for performing verification of raw and dry ingredients before blending blended product mix and cooked, frozen products.
• Complies with food safety requirements and reports any issues to the QA Manager or Production supervisor
• Verify to ensure labels match the product and takes appropriate action
• Performs CCP checks
• Identifies raw, in process and/or cooked material conditions by collecting material samples, conducting inspections and performing physical tests
• Flexibility to work 6 consecutive day, overtime and weekends if necessary
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (able to read/write English/Spanish fluently)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel)
• Ability to work with small instruments and/or equipment for measurements or readings
