JOB TITLE: Quality Control Analyst

Company Description

We are searching for a highly analytical QCA to join our Logistics department. The Logistics QCA is responsible for ensuring the overall quality of our picking, packaging and shipment processes. As the QCA, you will uphold the customer-focused values of our company and continually work to improve the quality of our logistics processes.

• Perform regular quality assessments of the picking and packing process.
  

• Perform regular quality reviews of shipping processes.
  

• Become a subject matter expert for all customer Routing Guides.
  

• Recommend improvements to processes to ensure quality control.
  

• Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
  

• Teach the Logistics team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
  

• Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required. Some college preferred but not required.
  

• Logistics or customer service experience is required
  

• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software, Internet software, Order processing and ERP systems, and Microsoft software.
  

• Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours at a time
  

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  

• Six Sigma certification preferred but not required.
