Quality Control Analyst jobs in Arizona

Join our dynamic team as an Quality Analyst, You will be executing a  variety of control reports and tests for the Chase Auto Vehicle Remarketing team.  The Quality Analyst is also responsible for distribution of test findings as well as comprehensive monthly reporting.  He/she will also interact with various teams within Vehicle Remarketing Leadership.

Job Responsibilities –

• Execution of an assigned suite of control reports and tests
• Provide feedback in the design of existing tests as well as new tests
• Ensure adherence to an established testing schedule
• Communicate effectively and professionally with Vehicle Marketing business partners
• Compile monthly reporting on control tests executed

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills – 

• Strong analytical, logical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding written and oral communication
• Detail oriented with strong organization and time management skills
• Prioritizes work effectively to ensure efficiency
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience reviewing reports

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Auto Finance or Quality; Lease End experience a plus
