The Lead Quality Assurance Specialist for Food Safety is responsible for: maintaining required Certification as SQF Practitioner and FSVP PCQI to build and manage a robust Food Safety Verification Program (FSVP), Food Security/Food Defense and Food Fraud ISO 9001:2000 management systems and HACCP/HARPC plan. Assist in coordinating Quality Assurance and related programs to ensure Product Quality and Safety in Utah facilities and provide remote support for the Green Pond facility. Monitor compliance with cGMP and Food safety programs by ensuring that the processes, systems and procedures are in place.
