Village Behavioral Health began providing mental health services to adults, children and families in 2014. Since then, we have grown to expand upon the services we provide to the community including supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse. We are currently looking for a highly motivated staff member who has at least 2-3 years of experience of documentation, auditing charts, quality assurance and compliance. Some of the duties expected include but are not limited to: Managing charts in all programs, manage all program’s clinical documentation (Individualized Services Plans, Monthly Reports, Quarterly Reports, Service Authorizations (Initial/Continued) psychological/psychiatric evaluations, discharge reports, signing, and double locking of notes) in accordance with Agency, CARF, Medicaid and licensure regulations. Responsible for reviewing documentation of staff assigned.
