Description

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring our team is positioned to deliver our customers’ products according to defined specifications, resulting in good, consistent quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate customer sample requirements with our client services team

• Work with our production teams to collect samples and provide any feedback on issues or concerns

• Ensure samples sent represent optimal quality

• Select and package quality samples

• Maintain quality sample library

• Assist shipping and billing teams with documentation of shipments to our customers

• Help identify solutions for new projects/inquiries

• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent required; Associate Degree or certificate in business or related field preferred

• Printing experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail

• Knowledgeable quality standards and can recognize quality defects

• Good understanding of Excel

• Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization, customers, and outside vendors

• Ability to learn our internal systems for data entry purposes

• Self-motivated with a passion for job excellence

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.

• Requires fine motor hand and arm movement, manual dexterity, and coordination.

• Must be able to access and navigate each department in the facility
