We are looking for an experienced quality assurance analyst to create, collect and maintain consumer records within the Therap system ensuring all systems are updated each time a change occurs. The successful candidate should have experience with Electronic Health Records as well as have a background in Quality Assurance.
Basic responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Organizes and Maintains Therap and internal records regarding individuals receiving services.
2. Ensures paperwork is filled out properly, verifies accuracy and accessibility of files, and is responsible for keeping files secure.
3. Communicates with agency personnel regarding changes that occur.
4. Creates, analyzes and distributes reports to various agency stakeholders.
5. Answers requests for information and documents. Performs clerical tasks such as scanning, filing, emailing, etc. to ensure records are maintained accurately.
6. Responsible for transferring or transcribing data from forms and applications into Therap.
7. Follows up on outstanding records, reports, and requests for data.
8. Updates and reviews records and notifies stakeholders of deficiencies and outstanding items.
This is a fully on-site position. There are no hybrid or remote work options. Candidates should be able to commute daily to the Brick office location.
1. Must possess a valid HS Diploma or GED, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
2. Must have advanced knowledge of MS Windows, Office products, and advanced skill levels using Outlook and Excel.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience working with and using an electronic medical records database. Candidates with Therap experience are preferred.
4. Must be detail orientated, display a high level of accuracy, and be very organized.
