  • Introduction to Role:

    Join our dedicated team as a QA Specialist IV, providing Quality Assurance support to our Operations department. This role is perfect for those with a proven record as a Quality Assurance Officer or equivalent, who are ready to take on a non-supervisory role. Be the voice of the patient and play a critical role in improving the quality of patients' healthcare and ultimately their quality of life.

    Accountabilities:

    As a QA Specialist IV, you will provide expert advice on Good Manufacturing Practice/GxP to Operations and supporting functions to ensure compliance with the associated quality standards. You will maintain an on-the-floor presence in operations to facilitate real-time review and problem solving. You will also support internal/external audits and inspections, including maintaining plant readiness. Your role will involve authoring, reviewing, and/or approving documents such as SOPs, deviations, change controls, corrective and preventive action plans, validation protocols/reports, technical reports, etc. You will also be responsible for managing workflows to assure timely supply of commercial product and administering the change control and deviation and corrective action systems for assigned products and quality systems.

    Essential Skills/Experience:

    - B.S. in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields or equivalent experience

    - 7 years relevant industry experience

    - Experience in a Good Manufacturing Practice environment

    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills including negotiation and facilitation

    Desirable Skills/Experience:

    - Technical and/or Manufacturing experience

    - 4 years quality experience

    - Experience with all Quality record types and electronic Quality Management Systems
