The Resource Nurse is responsible for providing clinical support and guidance to staff within the nursing home facility. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans for residents, as well as providing education and training to nursing staff to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. The Resource Nurse collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident well-being and safety while fostering a culture of excellence in nursing care.

Education:
Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) in WA state.
Experience:

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move freely throughout the facility.
- Lift and transfer residents as needed, with assistance from mechanical devices or other staff.
- Perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
