We are currently seeking a full-time QA Manager for our manufacturing facility located in Marion, Arkansas reporting directly to the Quality AGM. The QA Manager is responsible for leading their team to ensure that the quality of our internal and external supplied parts consistently meet customer requirements. The QA Manager will direct and support the quality group to ensure the QC goals are attained. QA Manager will lead IATF 16949 implementation while also being responsible to drive all QPRs, QIRs, & FQPRs to closure. The QA Manager is responsible for providing guidance and coaching on problem solving skills to the entire QA team.
