    We are currently seeking motivated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) with experience in home healthcare for our Full-Time or Part-Time (16-24 hours per week) QA Nurse positions.     Essential Functions:

    The QA nurse is responsible for analyzing the integrity of the branch’s clinical data.

    • Auditing patient charts to ensure accuracy and consistency in patient assessments, MD orders, and OASIS documentation (as needed).
    • Working with field staff to review their documentation for compliance with current MD orders, regulations, and established quality standards.
    • Assisting in the processing of verbal orders received from field staff in EMR system and in the overall care coordination process as it pertains to quality assurance.
    • Performing nurse supervisions as needed (RN only).
    • Working with clinical leadership to assist with clinical questions and concerns as needed.
    • Contributing to clinical data reports and organizational process improvement efforts.

    Requirements:

    • Current, unrestricted, and unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Massachusetts
    • Minimum of 2 years of Home Healthcare or Continuous Skilled Nursing experience.
    • OASIS documentation experience
    • Some knowledge of Home Health Conditions of Participation, MassHealth (CSN) regulations), and nursing best practices.
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft office and EMR solutions.
    • Dynamic problem solver who enjoys working collaboratively in team environments, but also someone who is goal-oriented and able to prioritize and work independently.
