Quality Assurance Engineering Supervisor jobs in Newton, MA
Quality Assurance Engineering Supervisor supervises inspections of raw materials, materials in process, and finished products. Assists in the development of quality standards and protocols for quality assurance testing models. Being a Quality Assurance Engineering Supervisor designs and implements policies and procedures for testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or equipment. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Quality Assurance Engineering Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Quality Assurance Engineering Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. You will be responsible for the management and participation in Quality Operations activities and leading a team of Quality Specialists.

- Department management - Setting KPIs and ensuring continuous improvement
- Managing and coordinating quality operations including CAPAs, Regulatory Compliance, Complaints, Training Systems and Release
- Internal relationships - Liaising with stakeholders and responsible for training growth and development of team
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering
- Leadership experience
- Strong QA experience within the Biotech / Pharmaceutical industry
- Strong experience working within a GMP compliant manufacturing facility
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
