Position Overview: As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to quality excellence and regulatory compliance in the food industry. We are seeking a dedicated individual who is not only an expert in quality assurance but also a builder, someone who thrives on improving, developing, and initiating positive changes within our organization and our quality program while leading a dynamic team. Additionally, SQF (Safe Quality Food) certification or practitioner status is strongly desired.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality documentation organization/handling within manufacturing or a related industry.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel (Intermediate Level), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strongly preferred: Experience with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) software.
Knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) requirements.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Adept at building and managing a strong Quality Management System (QMS).
