    Our manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulatory requirements. This is a challenging and exciting role that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
    • Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
    • Manage document control systems to ensure that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
    • Develop and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
    • Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
    • Ensure that all employees are trained in relevant quality control procedures and that all training records are up-to-date.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
    • Manage the HACCP program to ensure that all food products are safe for consumption.
    • Ensure that all products are manufactured in accordance with good manufacturing practices (GMP).
    • Serve as the company's PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual) and ensure that all food safety plans are up-to-date and effective.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. food science, quality assurance, regulatory affairs) or equivalent experience.
    • At least 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role in the manufacturing industry.
    • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to food safety and quality control (e.g. FDA, USDA, HACCP).
    • Experience with document control systems and quality management software.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with audits and inspections by regulatory agencies.
