Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Office Assistant/Laborer to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our executive-level members with a variety of office and labor tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining vehicles/trailers used for marketing events, assisting with cooking, and providing support in various administrative and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and upkeep vehicles and trailers used for marketing events, ensuring they are clean, organized, and in good working condition.
• Assist with cooking tasks, including preparation, cooking, and serving food for office events or marketing activities.
• Provide general labor support as needed, including lifting, moving, and organizing materials and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and keeping track of stock levels.
• Support the administrative and marketing departments with various projects and tasks as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.06 - $20.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
