Quality Assurance Coordinator Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role within a healthcare or mental health setting.
• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Quality Assurance Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance initiatives to monitor and improve the delivery of care.
• Conduct audits and reviews of clinical documentation, treatment plans, and program processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze data and generate reports on key quality metrics, trends, and outcomes.
• Facilitate quality improvement projects and initiatives, coordinating efforts across departments.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
• Serve as a liaison with external regulatory agencies and accreditation bodies.
• Participate in internal and external quality assurance reviews and audits.
• Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain documentation of quality assurance activities and outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: 45,000-48,000 - Licensed/Credentialed 55,000-65,000

Schedule: Full time, M-F
