Quality Assurance Inspectors perform the following functions:
1. Incoming Inspection
2. In-Process Inspection
3. Final Inspection
Required Job Knowledge:
Ability to read and understand the following:
1. Assembly Prints
2. ERP experience
3. Wire Run Lists
4. BOMs
5. Specifications
6. Use of required tools such as calipers and rulers
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following per customer
specifications:
1. Inspect 1st Articles using required documentation
2. Bring quality control problems to Production Supervisor and or Quality Manager
3. Capable of using a variety of hand tools, measuring devices, test fixtures,
continuity testers, cablescan, along with all other quality inspection tools
4. Work at an acceptable rate maintaining high quality inspection standards
5. Understand work flow and production scheduling needing very minimal
supervision
6. Keep all paperwork in proper filing order and fill out required daily paperwork
IPC 610 and IPC 620 is a plus
