What You Bring:
Educational Foundation: A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, or Management Information Systems, complemented by 3 years of relevant IT experience. Certifications such as CSTP, CSTAS, CTFL, or CTAL are highly regarded.
Technical Proficiency: Solid experience in both manual and automated testing, with a strong grasp of quality assurance standards design and implementation.
Agile Fluency: Proven ability in working within agile project frameworks, enhancing team dynamics and project outcomes.
Analytical Excellence: Advanced problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying, analyzing, and resolving system issues and defects.
Tools and Technologies: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, automated testing tools like Selenium, as well as proficiency in SQL and the Microsoft Office suite.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
