Quality Assurance Analyst - Healthcare jobs in Indiana

H&L are seeking a QA Test Analyst who will be responsible for planning and executing test related deliverables across various stages of testing. You will be joining a progressive team and working across the Agile testing lifecycle.
You will be someone who takes pride in delivering high quality outcomes and will enjoy working in fast paced environments where you will effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, execute and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test scripts.
• Evaluate test results and defects, track and manage defects with the development team and business units to troubleshoot issues.
• Perform testing for multiple projects and software releases, including integration, systems, regression, performance & end user acceptance testing.
• Manage software bug and regression escalations from support department and effectively document reproduction steps, technical and business requirements to development team.
• Develop a working knowledge of the supported portfolio of functionality and systems
• Update staging environments with application releases.
• Analyse complex projects and activities to identify the test requirements, both functional and regression based.
• Record and prove that test scripts achieve the required business and systems requirement coverage
• Follow formal QA procedures and processes and ensure quality standards are met.
• Work effectively with a Lead QA and broader QA team.

Experience and Qualifications
Required Skills:

• Experience testing Desktop Based User interfaces, Windows Services and Restful APIs.
• 3-4 years of hands-on testing experience in all forms of testing including system, functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing.
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance standards, methodologies, and processes.
• Experience maintaining test environments and appropriate test data.
• A strong work ethic and drive to complete projects at a high quality
• Ability to communicate, negotiate and establish positive working relationships with Product Owners, developers, and Dev-ops staff.
