How You Will Make an Impact

We serve a customer base seeking luxury, value, and world-class service. As the Purchasing Manager, you will provide direct oversight and management to all company purchasing. You will develop and manage new processes to improve our efficiency as a company and directly affect our bottom line.

• Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
• Effectively manages purchasing for all automotive dealership equipment, computer hardware, uniforms, and other supplies as needed.
• Reviews all company and dealership purchases.
• Develops guidelines, policies, and documentation for dealerships
• Manages vendor relationships and consolidates for efficiency where possible
• Collaborates with CFO, accounting, and Accounts Payable department to find best purchasing options
• Effectively communicating with manager, executive team, and dealership leadership.
• Other duties as assigned

Skills Needed to Win:

• Experience purchasing and managing acquisition automotive dealership equipment, computer hardware, uniforms, and other necessary supplies and equipment for dealership operations
• Research and analytical skills
• Experience identifying and implementing plans to take advantage of the synergies across vendors and locations.
• Ability to identify vendors and negotiate contracts that are compliant with business needs.
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage time
• Computer, email and internet proficiency
