Purpose –
· To coordinate and manage all purchasing needs for our 8” & 12” press lines. To organize and manage all spare parts inventory, organize the parts room and schedule upcoming projects.
Duties –
· Identify & develop spare parts inventory
· Manage and keep supply room stocked & organized
· Schedule & coordinate parts for upcoming projects
· Work with the Purchasing Manager to develop a list of needed stock items
Requirements
Qualifications –
· Some technical skills preferred
· Basic knowledge in hydraulics, electrical and mechanical advantageous
· Extremely organized
· Self-Starter
· Multi Tasker
· Good communication skills
· Team Player
· Moderate computer skills, experience in using programs to manage systems
Other Info –
· Report directly to the purchasing manager
· Work closely with maintenance technicians for parts replacement and planning
· Work Schedule M-F 8:00 – 5:00. Extra time in the plant when needed
