POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for converting customer work order notifications into work orders (WOs)
• Opens work order notifications submitted by customers and maintenance staff
• Assigns WOs and Preventative Maintenance (PMs) to maintenance staff; dispatches technicians to critical equipment
• Develops equipment/systems preventive maintenance tasks lists
• Closes all PM and general work orders after quality review for cGMP compliance
• Assists Dr. Reddy’s staff with requests for work order information
• Maintains the work order files per Quality documentation procedures
• Develops/produces SAP maintenance reports
• Maintains the equipment technical data  and SOP files
• Communicates and collaborates with customers on status of work requests
• Create purchase orders and send to vendor
• Place orders online for products
• Maintain all purchasing reports and financial records
• Process incorrect items received and process exchange/return with vendor
• Process down payments 

EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade certification or degree in technical field preferred
• 2 years of experience performing or scheduling equipment related maintenance activities
• 2 years of purchasing or clerical experience; experience in a general manufacturing or pharmaceutical plant preferred
• 2 years of experience using a computerized maintenance management system or business computer system such as SAP
• Possess strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical and mechanical work
• Possess strong PC and Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with others and without direct supervision
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
