Superior Fence & Rail is a fence industry leader that is currently seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to join our incredible team. The Purchasing Manager will prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions for materials, supplies and equipment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in supplier relationship management and negotiation skills in order to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality procurement. The Purchasing Manager will contribute to the overall success of our organization's purchasing operations by leveraging their knowledge of supply chain management and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement. 

Compensation: 

$45-55K Base salary Bonus

Schedule:
- In office M-F 
- 8AM-5PM

Responsibilities:

- Inventory Control: Ordering and managing

- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs

- Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies

- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness

- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms

- Manage vendors

Qualifications/Skills:

- Experience in Quickbooks (preferred)

- Previous experience with payroll (preferred)

- Purchasing and Inventory Management experience (preferred)
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Negotiation Skills

- Analytical abilities

- Bilingual (preferred, not required)
