Purchasing Clerk, Sr jobs in Vermont

Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders and ensure accuracy of information
- Maintain purchasing records and update inventory database
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes and negotiate pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
- Assist in resolving any purchasing issues or discrepancies
- Prepare and analyze reports related to purchasing activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies
- Perform account reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies

Skills:
- Proficient in journal entries and account reconciliation
- Knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices
