Summary Description: The Hilton Denver Inverness Hotel is seeking a Purchasing Agent responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels of food and supplies, calculating figures for inventory and orders, completing requisition forms, and notifying the supervisor of low levels and damaged/incorrect items. Responsibilities:

- Calculate figures for food inventory, orders, and costs

- Maintain clear and organized records and filing systems

- Complete requisition forms and notify supervisor of low levels

- Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs

- Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports

- Receive, unload, and process deliveries

- Troubleshoot vendor delivery issues

- Adhere to all food safety and handling policies and procedures

- Monitor PAR levels for all food items

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior experience in purchasing

- Knowledge of food and beverage industry including inventory control and purchasing systems Similar

Pay Range: $17.50-$18.50 Based on Experience
