Responsibilities:

• Creates purchase orders to service work orders

• Checks stock for jobs

• Receives materials in warehouse and move job-related materials

• Moves inventory items to inventory and move service-related items to service shelf

• Updates job equipment lists with received dates and quantities of materials

• Receives materials returned from jobs in the warehouse and transfer to Inventory

• Obtains “RMA’s” for defective items returned

• Matches up packing lists with purchase orders

• Matches up invoices with packing lists

• Adjusts pricing to add fright and send to accounting for entry

• Ships off items to job sites, service customers, etc.

Job Specifications & Physical Requirements:

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Must speak, read, and write English fluently.

• Self-starter and possess the ability to work independently

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to lift, crouch, reach, handle, push and pull regularly.

• Ability to maintain strict punctuality on projects and attendance.  

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong Technical Skills with Excel / Office products
