The Role

We’re looking for an exceptional PART TIME Purchasing Agent and Inventory Control Person to work with our warehouse, technicians, and install teams as well as our vendors to control the cost and flow of our inventory.

Responsibilities

• Complete all general Plumbing pricing and purchasing.
• Know how to establish and build rapport with our current and new vendors to procure the right products and services.
• Ask the right questions to uncover the correct products our technicians, installers and sales staff require to perform our field work.
• Understand our sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for meeting and exceeding goals.
• Present yourself as professional and use your knowledgeable to gain new relationships as well maintain our existing.
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the overall success of the company.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Participate actively in all educational training, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
• Be accurate and timely with all paperwork, including shipping tickets, invoices, credits, and payments.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years experience working for a licensed electrical contractor.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Strong computer skills a must.
• Passionate about Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Electric's mutual success.
• High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid people connections.
• Strong desires to be a better person today than you were yesterday.
• Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
• Highly motivated, self-starter who’s flexible and has a great attitude on life.
