Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain machinery and equipment, including plasma cutters and laser cutters, according to production specifications and safety standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments to maintain desired specifications.
• Collaborate with production team to ensure production goals are met.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in operating and maintaining equipment preferred.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate production records.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
