The Human Resources Generalist will support all human resources functions within the employee life cycle for the Fireye brand.
Responsibilities include delivering HR services to frontline and department operations leaders on employee relations, performance management, succession planning, reasonable accommodations / return-to-work, and other talent and culture initiatives.
Provides interpretation of complex and interdependent HR policy and procedure situations. Provides HR input on operational decisions to frontline and operational leaders.
Engages leaders to identify options and resources to meet operational needs and to build support for identified solutions.
