    What we are looking for:
    Organizational Support:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for employees' HR-related inquiries and concerns.
    • Role involves a combination of strategic planning, policy maintenance, employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance implementation and management.
    • Assist in the implementation and administration of HR programs and policies in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
    • Address employee issues and ensure timely resolution and loop closure. Facilitates exit interviews as requested.
    • Administer monthly Continual Education classes for in-house management and supervisory roles.

    Recruitment:

    We are looking for an HR professional with the ability to play an integral piece in an our organization’s growth by understanding the staffing needs of the organization. If you have a passion for finding untapped talent, coordinating the interview process, and following up with candidates during the onboarding process to drive company growth, and help individuals find promising careers, we want to hear from you. This role is full cycle recruitment and with an emphasis on staffing in the medical field.

    • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles to find, hire, and retain top talent based on the business needs of each department requisition.
    • Stay active with current recruitment strategies, job boards, social networks, and platforms. Update, and release job descriptions and announcements. Ability to formulate and execute creative recruiting initiatives in challenging hiring markets. Bring innovative recruiting strategies.
    • The ideal candidate has a respectful/professional can-do attitude toward candidates and co-workers.
    • Interact with outsourced vendors for recruiting and HR support as needed.
    • Create and maintain routine reports and spreadsheets to provide requested info in a timely manner.
    • Build and maintain dynamic rapport and working relationship with Stadium Medical/LimoCare staff.
    • Effectively communicate and interact with all levels of personnel within the organization in a positive and cooperative manner.
    • Demonstrate ethics and integrity by being truthful, honest and trustworthy

    Compliance and Documentation:

    • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
    • Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation as required.
    • Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure HR processes follow company policies and legal requirements.

    Employee Relations:

    • Assist People Operation Manager in managing employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
    • Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives by working with the Cultural Affairs Officer.
    • Manages all aspects of workers’ compensation claims. Ensures agency compliance with reporting and follow-up.

    Communication/Working Relationships:

    • Communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer, Peoples Operations
    • Manager, Operations Managers, as well as other department members.

    Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively connect and interact with the staff and customers in a positive and cooperative manner. This includes: EMTs, Paramedics, Dispatchers and Administration.
    Recruitment and educational partners, agency vendors, employee relations networks.

    Ideal candidate will have:

    • A minimum of two years of Human Resources experience required. Proven experience in HR roles, and a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. Experience working in HR in Trade Jobs/Skilled Trades is wanted but not needed. Professional certifications in Human Resources SHRM-CP required. Other certifications (e.g., PHR) are a plus but not mandatory. Previous experience and knowledge of multi-state regulations and recruitment. The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate proficient skills in MS Office, ability to learn ESO Scheduling and UKG Pro. The candidate must demonstrate a history of exceptional customer service skills.Requires use of standard office equipment including personal computer, facsimile machine, copy machine and phones.

    Pay: $64,809.00 - $74,000.00 per year
