RESPONSIBILITIES:Job Specific Competencies:
- Conducts root-cause analysis on issues, resolves individual complaints, and communicates with patients on resolutions.
- Represents JCMG at health fairs and community events in a way that is in alignment with JCMG’s mission and vision.
- Participates in planning and on committees for internal and external events in alignment with JCMG’s strategic plan.
- In-person contact for patient complaints. Hears concerns, takes notes, adds information to complaints ticket.
- Schedules patients, makes suggestions to patients based on their preferences which physicians would best fit the patients’ needs both on the phone and in person.
- Create and disperse metrics to providers/clinics based off information gathered from reports, patient satisfaction survey comments, and submitted concerns, including evaluating and reporting trends as appropriate.
- Engages with social media groups for comments and questions and replying as appropriate.
- Maintains inventory of JCMG-branded “swag” for events.
- Establishes and maintains network of community partners to discern potential future business relationships and opportunities in the community.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation:- Equivalent to a high school education or 2-year degree
Experience:- Two years of similar or related medical experience
Certification/License:- NA
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:- Must be a self-starter and able to communicate with all staff, physician groups and patients in a professional manner. Obtaining cooperation (internally and externally) is an important part of this position and requires a level of diplomacy and trust. Independent judgment is often necessary and the ability to efficiently handle conflict and negotiations is crucial to success in this role

- Must have knowledge of office equipment and computers

- Uses active listening skills
- Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends as needed
