Overview

MSA has an opportunity for a Project Manager - Public Works at our Rhinelander, WI office. This is a full-time, salaried position and you will have the opportunity to see, and contribute in, projects from start to finish. The various projects you'll be working on make a significant and positive impact on the communities you serve.

Responsibilities

The work you will do

• Project management including project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC
• Client relations 
• Design of municipal infrastructure projects
• Assist with mentoring junior engineering staff
• Preparation of plans, details, specifications, and bidding documentsPreparation of technical reports and regulatory permits for projects
• Development of project funding packages with assistance from funding staff
• Shared learning in a collaborative work environment

Qualifications

What you bringSkills & Knowledge / Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required
• 6 years of civil engineering experience in a consulting firm required
• PE required in Wisconsin
• Previous client liaison and project management experience or a desire to step into that role is required
• This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We will not provide sponsorship for this position.
