Western Kentucky University's School of Media & Communication is seeking a non-tenure eligible, full-time faculty member to join the Public Relations major in August 2024 at the rank of Instructor I. This position carries an expectation of excellence in teaching with a 5/5 teaching load. The successful candidate will be able to teach undergraduate classes such as, but not limited to: Fundamentals of Public Relations, Digital Tactics in Public Relations, Public Relations Writing and Production, Communications Analytics, and Public Relations Strategy and Planning. In addition, opportunities exist to leverage the candidate's skills and expertise in communications analytics, artificial intelligence, and the Metaverse.
