    This role will collaborate closely with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders, reporting to the Director of Public Relations.

    As PR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness by supporting all aspects of the PR program at Verint.

    The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management skills with experience in a wide range of PR functions, proven ability to successfully navigate cross-functional teams, and be results driven.

    Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities : Support the Director of Public Relations in driving overall public market awareness and results for the Verint brand through traditional and digital PR tactics, including media relations, thought leadership, influencer relations and social media management.

    Write and edit public relations content including press releases, bylines, social media posts, and thought leadership content.

    Manage approval process for PR content.Coordinate media interviews.Execute ongoing social media program to engage with Verint evangelists, media and industry influencers and amplify PR content.

    Manage awards program : proactively manage award deadlines, create high quality, compelling award submissions. Identify new awards programs and opportunities for promotion of Verint and its solutions.

    Track and manage media coverage and social media engagement among influencers and media using Cision Media Monitoring software.

    Align and coordinate PR activities with Verint marketing and partner marketing teams.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and emerging issues to proactively position the company in the market.

    Establish productive working relationships with internal and PR agency teams.Support PR efforts at annual customer conference.

    Bachelor’s degree in public relations, English, journalism or related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in PR / communications functions for the B2B software industryExceptional written and verbal communications skillsExcellent project management and organizational skillsMust be detail oriented and deadline drivenCreative thinker who can translate complex subject matter into clear, concise PR contentDemonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with senior executives, customers and partnersDemonstrated ability in PR project planning, execution and measurementExceptional multi-tasking skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsProven ability to work independently in a remote work environmentExpertise using MS Office applicationsSuccessful completion of Verint background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and SS verification;
