Psychologist - Ph.D evaluates patients for mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders. Diagnoses disorders, including nature and extent, and determines the appropriate course of treatment for the patient. Being a Psychologist - Ph.D uses talk therapy to treat patient illness or distress, cannot prescribe medication. Requires a PhD in clinical psychology. Additionally, Psychologist - Ph.D requires a valid state license to practice. Typically reports to a medical director. The Psychologist - Ph.D works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. In this role, you will have the opportunity to integrate behavioral health into a patient-centered, Primary Care home model alongside dedicated medical providers. Work with a comprehensive, multidisciplinary team and experience a healthy work-life balance in Portland, Oregon

    • Outpatient care only

    • Ideal candidate will have Primary Care background

    • Experience with Solution-Focused, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy preferred

    • Experience with team-based care preferred

    • Experience with integrated care models preferred, but not required
