Responsibilities:
· Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to understand clients' emotional, behavioural, and psychological needs.
· Formulate accurate diagnoses based on assessment findings and clinical observations.
· Utilize various therapeutic modalities to address a wide range of psychological concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
· Develop crisis management plans and coping strategies.
· Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR) with session notes, treatment plans, and outcomes.
· Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in the field.
