Psychologist - M.A. evaluates patients for mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders. Diagnoses disorders, including nature and extent, and determines the appropriate course of treatment for the patient. Being a Psychologist - M.A. uses talk therapy to treat patient illness or distress, cannot prescribe medication. Requires a master's degree in clinical psychology. Additionally, Psychologist - M.A. requires a valid state license to practice. Typically reports to a medical director. The Psychologist - M.A. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. To be a Psychologist - M.A. typically requires 7+ years of related experience. - Performs administrative/clerical duties such as filing, phone calls, and faxing
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:- Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program
- High school graduate or GED
- At least one year of work experience in a medical office setting
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and insurance verification
- Ability to demonstrate a mature, dependable, and responsible approach when interacting with patients, physicians, co-workers, and additional outside sources

Jacksonville is a city in Pulaski County, Arkansas, United States, and a suburb of Little Rock. As of the 2010 census, the population of the city was 28,364. It is part of the Little Rock–North Little Rock–Conway Metropolitan Statistical Area with 729,135 people as of 2014.
