Whats your day to day look like?
Diagnose and treat mental health disorders with the utmost compassion, integrity, and commitment to excellence
Conduct psychotherapy and/or clinical testing for children and adolescents with a variety in clinical diagnoses
Establish a positive and trusting rapport with clients
Create and update individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances
Make recommendations/referrals to specialists as necessary
Maintain thorough notes of client interactions and adhere to strict confidentiality standards
Accept a variety of insurances
Attend team meetings and clinical consultative meetings
What experience and qualification are we looking for?
Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Iowa
Experienced in working with children and adolescents
Must maintain knowledge of the latest treatment modalities and Evidenced-Based Models
Must take initiative, demonstrate sound judgment, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, organization & time management skills
