Overview:
The Factory Engineer Manager, under the supervision of the Plant Manager has the direct responsibility for the overall support structure related to Maintenance activities for equipment and the facility in accordance with all related federal, state, local regulations to include Safety, GMP and company policies. The areas of responsibilities include project management for all site Capital projects and repair projects utilizing both internal staff and outside contractors. Oversight for the CMMS program to include Preventive/Predictive Maintenance and parts management, with the associated metrics. This role will also provide the infrastructure for the maintenance training program to include Developing the required SOPs for Machine set-up, and Operation, also providing the required training for maintenance mechanics.
